Reasons To Make Money At Home

There are many reasons that so many people are starting to make money online with their own home-business; you can work when you want, you don’t have to travel to get to your work (maybe a walk from the breakfast bar to your computer desk), you don’t have the costs involved in simply getting to work, there’s no false-ceiling associated with how much you can earn.  LOTS of reason!

The World Is Your Oyster

I have NO IDEA who came up with the expression “the world is your oyster” and I don’t intend to find out; it doesn’t make sense to me and never has, (and I don’t like Oysters because they look like…………..okay, you KNOW what they look like), but the meaning of it is supposed to mean that you are only limited by the size of the world, NOT by your village, town, city, state or country.

Doing Business With Another Country

While the internet has broken down many of the old barriers to commerce with other countries, particularly where information products like videos, ebooks and audious are concerned, there is still one PERCEIVED barrier, and that is LANGUAGE

Language

There was a time, not long ago, when to communicate in somebody else’s language, you had to either LEARN the language (very time consuming and not practical if you want to work in several languages), or you had to get somebody to translate for you.

This has all changed!

Google

There are several translation websites available now, most of which you have to pay for on a “per use” basis.  However, a few sites started appearing a couple of years ago that would translate a word at at time for you at no cost.

Then GOOGLE got involved!  This changed everything; Google now offers a FREE translation service allowing you to transcribe pages of text at a time, between 50 (and counting) different languages, including some rather unexpected ones.  It’s called Google Translate.

It Gets Better

Not only will it translate from one language to another, it has a great feature built into it that allows you to detect a language.  So, instead of just using it to translate your own language into that of the person you are doing business with, you can can copy and paste some text that you don’t read (and can’t even recognize) into your own language!

While it’s unlikely you will actually learn another language this way, it will open up a whole new market for you.  You could even replicate your English websites and re-create them in one of several other languages, thus giving you a far wider audience, with little extra work.

So now you can go out and start making making in other countries and still do it from the comfort of your home!
