Who’s YOUR BFF?

Do you remember when you were a child, maybe in school, and you had a best friend?  This friend had so MANY of the same interests as you; she would even try to dress the same as you, because you were her idol.  Of course, secretly, she was YOUR idol too!  Did you swear to be Best Friends Forever, your BFF?

If you’re a guy, did you make a blood-oath, and even prick your finger and mix blood by touching the wounds together? (I’ll bet you wouldn’t do that now!!!).

Well I did, and do you know what?  Just as soon as the summer holidays came around, my pal (I can’t even rememeber his name now) was little more than a memory, as, no doubt, was I to him. Oh, I THINK his name was Steve.

It would be REALLY nice to think that you will meet people and that they will become lifelong friends, and this DOES happen……..occasionally.  However, the most common thing to happen is that you will meet people who will be right for you AT THE TIME and then one or the other’s circumstances will change and you will no longer be friends.

They (or you) may marry, or have children, or move to another state or country, or you may simply start attending a different Church.  It usually doesn’t take much to break friends up.

And of course, they may die before you.

Enjoy Them

The lesson to be learned from this is, enjoy them WHILE YOU CAN.  Make the most of your relationship while it lasts, because the odds are, that friendship won’t last forever.

There are over 6 BILLION people on the planet.  What are the odds that a good number of them could become your friend?  Pretty high I’d say.  The internet and personal computer have made reaching people all over the world a whole lot easier.

If you don’t have many friends, don’t worry about it.  Most people DON’T have many friends, usually just a handful.  Those people with hundreds of friends?………well, let’s just say that MOST of those hundreds aren’t even real friends in the first place.

While you’re making money online and establishing your internet business, consider the fact that anybody you deal with, including your customers, could become friends.  Keeping this in mind will make you treat them better than you would if they were nothing more than one of your sources of income.

Who should be your REAL BFF?  Why that’s YOU of course!
